Howdy hi! Welcome to Five Star Fridays, a monthly feature where I encourage you to share the love by leaving a 5 star review for a business that has really impressed you recently.
I realise this lands on Black Friday, when you’re probably inundated with stuff to buy; so this month I’ve focussed on something you can DO.
Enter: Mini Hiba. All you need to know about Mini Hiba is that it’s a Palestinian-Lebanese restaurant in Walthamstow, and I went and my dream Off Menu menu immediately changed (It was the Musakhan, I think: sumacy-oniony chicken on the pillowiest bread I’ve ever had the pleasure of eaten — poppadoms don’t have a chance.) I’ve just had a look back through my photo library, and it turns out I had a whole photoshoot of the bread, in portrait mode. That’s when you know it’s good food!!!
Not in Walthamstow? They also have a takeaway arm in Holborn and Goodge Street too!
Here’s the Google Review I left:
Both times I've eaten food from here, it's been mouthwateringly good. The service is lovely, you're immediately welcomed - I just wish I lived closer!
